Reviews
Let's start with the location - this coffee shop is nestled on a corner of a busy street so finding parking might not be the easiest task. They do have their own parking lot, BUT people often stay and hang out so it can be hard to snag a spot. Luckily, I was able to find some street parking that wasn't too far from the shop. The coffee shop offers limited indoor and outdoor seating. The vibe was cute - very beige, washed walls, minimalist etc. The line wasn't too long on a Sunday. I ended up ordering a breakfast sandwich and two drinks. I couldn't decide on a drink, so YES I got two for myself. Breakfast Sandwich - candied bacon, aoli, lettuce, and scrambled egg served with a side of what seemed to be homemade chips. Chips were a bit burnt so it had a bitter aftertaste. The sandwich itself was really good though! I ordered it with sourdough bread and it is served hot. Ube Latte - It was okay. I think I've had better. It was a bit watered down. This is caffiene free but you can add a shot of espresso. Andante Latte - Delicious! I'm not usually a fan of cold brew, but this one was perfectly sweetened and not too strong. It comes with a sweet cold foam on top which wasn't too thick - loved that. This drink offered the perfect balance of sweetness and nuttiness. Overall, would come back again!
Expensive but definitely delicious food, I order UBE waffles with chicken, the chicken was SO DELICIOUS, Very moist/juicy with flavor, the regular sized COFEEE laveta was SUPER delicious, just these two items cost me 28 dollars. It is a very contemporary style cafe with the concrete style and wood furniture. Service was good.
This is my favorite cafe in LA! I love the interior and the baristas are always friendly. Not only are the drinks delicious, but the food is soooo good. I always get the matcha latte sweetened and add the sweet cream top. On my most recent visit we got the chicken & waffles and the breakfast burger. The fried chicken was seasoned, flavorful, and juicy! The only downside is the small parking lot, and finding street parking is sometimes hard.
I had the horchata latte with a shot of espresso and a breakfast burger. Coffee was good but not life changing, the burger however was life changing for me. Interior is vibey but it's not exactly comfortable if you were to stay to work.
It's a great local spot ! I like the clean interior and the ube latte. The food is sometimes a hit or miss can be overly oily at times. But overall it's okay for a quick bite
